CES 2008 - Las Vegas, Nevada:

Once again, EgglestonWorks is planning for the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are especially excited about the show coming up in January, 2008, for many reasons. Among these reasons is obviously the exceptional team of partnering teams that have been assembled to help us in two separate demonstrations on the 29th and 30th floor of the Venetian Hotel Tower.      

Room 29 - 131 will be a partnership with Rogue Audio and Echobusters.  We have teamed with both of these great companies several times in the past, and are very excited to do so again.  If you attended HE 2007 in New York, you were able to hear this combination.  John Marks of Stereophile included this room in his show report on-line and in the print edition of the magazine.  We appreciate John coming by and holding an impromptu clinic/listening session with some of his own recordings.   Our absolute endorsement of  the Rogue Audio brand was emphasized this year with the purchase of our own pair of their M-150 monoblock amp for our soundroom.  Mark O'Brien of Rogue continues to design some of the best tube amplifiers availble.  This year we anticipate another great week of demonstrations in what we think will be a much better acoustic environment thanks in no small part to Michael Kochmann and his Echobuster acoustic treatments.       

Room 30-212 will be a partnership with Grand Prix Audio.  Since discovering the Grand Prix stands in 2001, we have been real believers in the brand.  Since that time, we have used the GP stands in almost every of our trade show demo's.   Alvin Lloyd's products are stunning to look at and the best performing stands on the market today.  Alvin took this passion one step further with the introduction of the Monaco Turntable.  We are proud to be able to once again team with Grand Prix at CES and feature the new turntable. There has been a lot of talk and words written about this table lately and this is your chance to hear it.  We will be featuring the our latest speaker, the Nine, in a two-channel setup in this room as well which will give you the chance to hear them with a completely different kind of rig than in the Rogue room.  The comparison should be fun.Please come see us in both room and make sure to tell Alvin, Mark, Michael and myself hello.
