As you know, the Andra loudspeaker is the most musical and accurate speaker available today.  Since its inception in 1996, the Andra has been known as THE reference speaker for thousands of satisfied customers, and a object of desire for many more audiophiles worldwide.  To further emphasize the quality of the Andra, many recording and mastering engineers employ the Andra in their studios.

After two years of development, a Andra design worthy of the MK II designation was debuted earlier this year.  Through an intricate design process, the completely re-engineered Andra II improves upon what many claim to have already been the pinnacle of high end audio.

We are proud to announce that there is now available an upgrade path for owner’s of the Andra I who want to take their listening experience to the next level.  The upgrade includes major changes to the cabinet, a complete crossover change, new wiring, modification of drivers, repolishing of entire speaker, and full inspection of all internal and external parts.  Because of the difficulty involved, the upgrade is available in the US only as a Factory-Direct program.    The upgrade itself will require that your speakers are in our factory for 2 weeks to allow for post-upgrade testing. We encourage all current Andra owners to audition an Andra II before ordering the upgrade as the changes are significant.  

Cost of the upgrade:  $3000.00* + roundtrip shipping** (approx. $750).

*The factory direct pricing is based on US customers shipping speakers back to the factory for the upgrade.  A select group of International distributors are providing the upgrade, but are empowered to set their own pricing based on the difficulty involved.  Overseas customers can take advantage of the factory-direct pricing by sending their speakers directly to EgglestonWorks, however higher shipping charges will obviously apply.
